These terms and conditions apply to individuals and businesses (“Member”, “you”, “your”) that have purchased goods or services with Real Ideas Organisation (”we”, “us”, “our”). These terms, Real Ideas policies and procedures provided describe your rights and obligations in connection with the goods and/or services purchased. By using the services, you are agreeing that you shall abide by and be bound by this agreement.
We do our best to ensure the information relating to our products and services is accurate and up to date. Despite our best efforts it may be the case that information on our website is occasionally inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Descriptions and prices of products and services are subject to change without notice. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of information or content displayed on our website. We reserve the right to discontinue products or services from our website without notice.

We reserve the right to accept, modify or cancel your order at any time. If any changes are required you will be notified. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order even if the order has been or is being processed. If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled we will refund what has been paid as soon as possible.
For online payments through our website and membership portal we use Stripe as our payment gateway which accepts VISA debit, VISA credit, Mastercard, American Express. For online payments through our ticketing platform Ticketsolve we use Global Pay as our payment gateway which accepts VISA debit, VISA credit, Mastercard, American Express. Most bespoke quoted products and services are payable via invoiced bank transfer.
We reserve the right to charge you interest on all overdue sums from the due date until payment of the overdue sum has been paid in full. Interest under this clause will accrue annually at 8% above the Bank of England’s base rate from time to time. All sums payable shall be paid in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding.
Any upfront membership payments for individuals are non-refundable. Membership credits for co-work desk use and meeting room use are non transferrable. Refunds for other services are on request and will be handled on a case by case basis. Refunds are only viable if there is deemed to have been a failure in service of the agreed purchased product or service.

You acknowledge that Real Ideas Organisation owns all right, title and interest in and to its Intellectual Property. You may not take, copy or use the name “Real Ideas” or any logos or branding for any purpose, or use photographs of Real Ideas spaces without prior consent obtained from membership@realideas.org. For members that work and create in Real Ideas managed buildings, we recognise that the intellectual property of those works will belong to the creator.
Real Ideas will not be held liable for any loss or damage to possessions, equipment or vehicles brought to Real Ideas spaces. The customer indemnifies Real Ideas Organisation against any claims for loss, damage or personal injury when attending Real Ideas sites including car parking, grounds, access routes, and all areas inside.
You shall indemnify Real Ideas Organisation in full against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, losses suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with any claim brought against us arising out of, or in connection with, the receipt or use in the performance of services rendered.
Promotions are available from time to time. Promo codes will be made available to those that are eligible based on clear criteria. The codes are offered in good faith that they will be used only by those that meet the criteria. You may be asked to prove that you meet the discount code criteria e.g. resident of a local area, when attending an event.
These terms of sale shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
