Pathways
Whatever your starting point, we’re here to help.
Everyone’s journey is different — and we’re here to support yours. Whether you're starting out, changing direction, or looking for new skills and confidence, our pathways programmes provide the guidance, learning and space you need to move forward.
With a focus on creativity, real-world experience and personal growth, we help people explore new futures in ways that are supportive, inclusive and rooted in the real world.
Who it's for...
Pathways is designed for anyone who needs a bit of support to take their next step — especially young people aged 15–30, those not in education or employment, or people looking to return to learning or build confidence in a creative environment.
We work with individuals, schools, youth services and community groups to make sure the support is right for the people who need it most.
