Take a pause from the busyness of life with a meditative soundbath! Starting with calming, colourful visuals to relax your mind, before a gentle lull into darkness to be truly immersed by sound.
Led by local facilitator, Tracy Willmot, who will use a variety of instruments and vibrations to promote relaxation and mindfulness, including singing, bowls, chimes and drums.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and an eye mask to ensure you get the most out of this unique experience.
