Teachers' Open Afternoon in the Immersive Dome
Come and have a tour and taster of the Market Hall Immersive Dome, and discover how it can enhance your students’ learning.
Have you heard about the Immersive Dome in Devonport, but you’re not sure what it’s all about? Perhaps you’ve heard of it, but you’re not sure how it works for schools?
This free taster afternoon is an opportunity for you and your colleagues to come and visit, and experience the 360 immersive dome! We will show you around the Market Hall and then go into the dome to watch a taster of the variety of shows that we have on offer for schools bookings. From space to under the sea, to inside the human body! There’s something to suit many aspects of the curriculum.
After the taster show, you will have the opportunity to ask questions to the Real Immersive staff. When the session has finished, you will have a much clearer idea of what a school trip to the dome will be like for your students.
This is open to teachers of ALL year groups, nursery all the way to 6th form/college, as well as SEN schools. Come and have a look at the magnificent 360 dome and see how it can enhance your class’ learning!
