Progressing the People (Working Lunch)

Thu, 1st Jan 1970, 12:00am
A working lunch for HR professionals and business leads to meet and discuss the challenges and successes of employment in the city.

As part of our commitment to Inclusive Recruitment, Real Ideas is working with Plymouth City Council to support businesses in the city. These working lunches will be a forum for business leaders and HR professionals to discuss their own situations and work together to share good practices.

Over the duration of the C-Care support we are delivering, these meetings will take place monthly and the themes for each discussion will be determined by the group. The goal is to create a group of “critical friends” across the city and across all sectors which aims to reshape the employment narrative.

Lunch will be available from the Market Hall cafe to order and enjoy as we discuss and share.

This work is part of the Employ theme of the Plymouth Covid Recovery Plan and is funded by Intereg as part of the Covid – Channel Area Response Exchange (C-Care).
