Pilates aimed at PRIMARY aged children (4yr-11yr) & their adults!
Enjoy a Festive Pilates-based session with your little one inside the incredible 360 Immersive Dome! 45 minutes of ‘Blitzen’ balances, ‘snowy’ stretches, ‘Christmassy’ core conditioning and general postural awareness delivered in a fun, engaging and Christmas-themed way amongst the twinkly lights, jingly bells and snowy scenes!
Please bring a mat for yourself and one for your little one.
