We’ve written a few articles and released our festive programme but we haven’t talked to someone at Real Ideas who is sitting in the front seat of the sleigh this year!
As Laura says, it’s running till 4th January so there are still plenty of events to get stuck into. Not to mention the last market this Sunday!
As part of the programme, we’re bringing the Market Hall back to its roots by inviting local, independent businesses to sell their products. In the early 1800’s the building was thriving as a market, so much so that in 1835 the market trade widened the products available to corn and grain among other items. Admittedly, you will be unlikely to find these food items in the market on Sunday, but I am sure something else may catch your eye this Christmas.
