Steve Clark Head of Shared Infrastructure

Steve is Head of Resourcing for Real Ideas and has a career history spanning 25 years in the Voluntary Community Sector. As a JNC qualified youth worker with a degree (level 7) in Strategic Business Management, Steve worked across a range of youth & community settings in various parts of the Country before becoming an Adult Education tutor and the eventually venturing into Human Resource Management on completion of his CIPD qualification.

As part of Real Ideas, Steve has oversight of Human Resource functions with a focus on creating and sustaining a stable and well organised staff team who have access to the right tools and skills at the right time.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time in the outdoors as a Bushcraft Instructor and Canoe Leader and likes nothing better than spending time in the woods, off grid, whittling spoons.
