Naomi Walsh HR and Training Coordinator

Originally joining Real Ideas in September 2018 as a Claims & Project Coordination Administrator working on our Game Changer contract, Naomi is now our HR & Training Coordinator.  In her current role Naomi works on payroll, recruitment and staff training as well as other HR matters.

Naomi has a background of over twenty years’ experience in business support roles from receptionist to personal assistant covering a range of functions including finance, HR, safeguarding, legal, recruitment and more.
