Lenna Bithell Commercial & Contracts Management Lead - Pathways

Lenna is the Commercial & Contracts Management Lead in our Shared Infrastructure unit. Lenna leads, develops and maintains oversight of the commercial, contractual and stakeholder requirements for Real Ideas including helping the organisation to secure grants, contracts, developments and work with an eye on financial performance, due diligence and procurement.

Lenna joined Real Ideas in June 2015 with a background in International trade and having started her Contract Management career managing the various BIS and European funded UKTI contracts in Devon, Somerset and Cornwall for six years, along with the RGF Lancaster University Funded Digital Marketplace project.
