Laura Carroll Pathways Coordinator - Pathways

Laura is a Pathways Coordinator who joined Real Ideas back in 2022. She currently works with young people aged 18-24 on the Yep! Programme, delivering 1-1 support and group sessions for those who need guidance with their next steps.

With a solid decade under her belt working with young people in various roles, from teaching to tutoring, she prides herself on making a real difference. Her BA Hons degree in English Literature means that her base of Liskeard Library feels like home.

In her spare time Laura plays netball, reads as much as she can and spends time at the beach.
