James Lloyd Finance Manager - Shared Infrastructure

James joined Real Ideas as our Finance Manager in May 2024. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Shared Infrastructure and Business Unit Leads, James is responsible for developing and applying relevant financial and accounting systems and approaches as well as managing our finance team.

He brings a wealth of previous finance experience, managing multiple entity’s finance operations, preparation of management accounts and aiming to improve internal processes and systems. He is FMAAT and CIMA Adv Dip MA.
