Ed started with Real Ideas in September 2017 and is enjoying working as a Programme Lead across a range of Real Ideas projects.

Since moving home in 2001, he has been a youth worker, musician and creative in Cornwall and has worked with young (and not so young) people through a broad range of projects over that time. He loves being in a role that encourages young people to fulfill their potential and get on in life.
