Amy believes that communication, collaboration, and inclusion are key to good work.
By approaching projects and people with kindness, curiosity and creativity Amy supports businesses, groups and communities to creative positive impact and respond to challenges in a solution focused way. Creating spaces where people can learn, grow and thrive together, whilst recognising limitations, understanding accountability and embracing authenticity.
Over the course of her career, she has developed a diverse set of skills and expertise including 15+ years of events, project, and buildings management, running creative and enterprising spaces. 4+ years providing business support to start-ups and organisations wishing to change direction, and 5+ years designing and delivering engaging young person’s employability, skills development, and social action programmes.
Outside of Nature and Neighbourhoods Amy is a musician and director of grass roots music social enterprise, Plymouth Music Collective CIC. She is also part of a collective that organise inclusive music festivals, local events and women’s song writing workshops.
