How to book:

 

Production Suite – Induction

• If you’re attempting to book the Production Suite for the first time, you will be prompted to book an induction and will be shown the date and time of upcoming sessions. As the Market Hall Production Suite is a highly specialist facility, it is mandatory that you complete an induction led by our team of Immersive Member Technicians to introduce you to the facilities capabilities and guidelines for use before you can book the space for a testing session.
• To do this, select the induction session you wish to complete and click the ‘Request Booking’ button
• The Real Immersive team will then review and confirm your request, which you will be notified of via email. On the odd occasion we are not able to facilitate the induction you have requested, you will be notified via email and prompted to book another session.

 

Production Suite – Booking

• Once you have completed an induction, please follow the prompts below to make your first booking.
• When you have selected the slot you wish to book in the ‘Booking Summary’ window, click the green button to ‘Add technician’. This will request an Immersive Member Technician to support your booking
• Click ‘Request Booking’ button to checkout
• Once you have requested a booking, the Real Immersive team will review and confirm your request, which you will be notified of via email. On the odd occasion we are not able to facilitate the booking you have requested, you will be notified via email and prompted to book another slot.

 

On the day

Please head to the Market Hall Café and let one of the team behind the counter know that you have a Production Suite booking. They will let the Immersive Member Technician know you’ve arrived, who will meet you in the café at the beginning of your booking.
