Somerset Art Weeks Festival returns for 2022 with the theme ‘Sanctuary’ – 24 September to 09 October.
Their Education Resources are designed to help schools and educators obtain maximum benefit from the event, offering opportunities for inspiring creativity and learning outside the classroom, engaging with art and artists in the local community and throughout the county.
With venues hosting group exhibitions and events from SAW Members and invited artists, it’s also a showcase for SAW-supported projects, special commissions and new work from bursary artists, as well as providing engagement for communities and audiences as artists respond to the connections between art, nature and wellbeing and we take time to reflect, rebuild and repair.
