Jonathan Clitheroe Director - Badge Nation

Jonathan is Head of Challenge Based Learning at Real Ideas. A part of the Real Ideas leadership team, Jonathan champions and brings learning into all aspects of our business.

He has more than 15 years of experience working in the formal and informal education sector and has held leadership roles in multiple further education settings, set up viable trading businesses inside of Real Ideas’ structure, and is responsible for the design and delivery of Real Ideas learning products. He also sits on the board of the Westcountry Schools mat and is a Trustee for Big Picture learning UK.
