Submission call for budding young writers! Libraries Unlimited have released a series of Ten Masterclasses aimed at 15 to 25 year olds . People in this age bracket, residing in Devon can enter their work into a competition with the chance to win the latest iPad (there’s ten up for grabs), see their work in print and receive tuition from the tutor of the course they entered through.

Masterclass presenters include author and spoken word artist Steven Camden (Polarbear), graphic novelist Joff Winterhart, screenwriter Ashish Ghadiali, author Derek Owusu, short story writer Kirsty Logan, journalist Ali May, children’s book author and illustrator Laura Dockrill, spoken word poet Deanna Rodger, text and image masterclass with activist artist Rudy Loewe and Zakiya Mackenzie teaches writing nature and uncertainty.
