Balance Flow with Helios

Join us for an immersive event like no other – presented by three highly experienced instructors in a truly unique setting.

Creating an unforgettable atmosphere that will leave you feeling motivated and inspired. An extraordinary opportunity to connect with yourself in a breathtaking way.

Yoga-inspired movement to music, building strength and flexibility as well as connecting mind and spirit, all under the illuminated sculpture of the sun, by international artist Luke Jerram.

Commissioned by the National Trust, Helios takes its name from the Ancient Greek personification of the Sun and follows Jerram’s acclaimed astronomical artworks Museum of the Moon, Gaia and Mars.

The artwork fuses high-resolution solar imagery with a specially created surround-sound composition by Duncan Speakman and Sarah Anderson, incorporating NASA recordings of the Sun. The sun will be suspended in the main space of the Market Hall, within the beautiful listed building.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as those who are more experienced in Yoga or Pilates.

Yoga mats are not provided, and please bring a water bottle.

Running Time: 45 minutes
