Rich Lake Insight, Quality, Impact & Claims Administrator - Pathways

Rich joined Real Ideas in November 2018 as a Project Administrator for the Game Changer programme and is now an Insight, Quality, Impact & Claims Administrator in the Pathways business unit helping us to understand, communicate, report on, and maximise the difference we are making for the people we work with.

He has extensive administration skills, as well as experience of working in front-line services supporting vulnerable young people across the South West to overcome complex barriers and to reach their full potential.

He graduated from Plymouth Marjon University with a BA (Hons) in Children and Young People and an MA in Social Policy, where he developed a critical, solution-focused approach to his work. He is committed to making a positive contribution by supporting vulnerable children and young people to access sustainable education, employment and training opportunities.
