Paul Baxter Futures Lead - Pathways

Paul joined Real Ideas in 2017, supporting young people across our Young Peoples Programme and plays a key role is supporting young people to build skills, confidence and progress into work or education. He has 13 years’ experience working with young people in a range of settings. He also has 8 years’ experience working in housing support and was involved in creating and developing various projects tackling key issues affecting communities such as unemployment, mental health, skills development and social isolation.

Paul loves opening up opportunities for people to progress, whether its supporting people to explore a sector, build confidence and develop skills to move forward or designing programmes or content to enable progression,. Paul leads on this and also enjoys collaborating with businesses, organisations and communities to maximise opportunities for all.
