Originally joining Real Ideas in September 2018 as a Claims & Project Coordination Administrator before becoming our HR & Training Coordinator. Naomi now works as our Resourcing & Compliance Coordinator specialising in recruitment, payroll and staff training as well as other HR and Health & Safety matters.
Naomi has over twenty years’ experience in business support roles including personal assistant, paralegal and administrator, covering a range of functions including HR, safeguarding, finance, legal, recruitment and more.
