Louise Turner Pathways Coordinator - Pathways

Louise joined Real Ideas in 2019, working on the Game Changer project in secondary schools in Cornwall, to support year 11’s with their progression and future careers.

With over 15 years of experience in teaching in Further Education, she has supported young and vulnerable learners to overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes.

Louise spent 5 years working with the United States Navy in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation department, where she planned and delivered recreational and sports-based programmes for military members and their families as part of a wider programme of wellbeing and community for overseas personnel.

Now working on employability projects in Cornwall to support individuals in the community, “I am passionate about seeking out opportunities for individuals, to empower them to reach their goals and fulfil their potential”.
