Printmaking Letterpress Posters & DryPoint Tetrapak Workshop

Ticket note: This ticket price is for a group of up to 4 people, aimed to reach families and friends. eg. 1 x £60 ticket is for 4 people.

Your booking will include 2 sessions exploring Letterpress poster printing with Alan Qualtrough and Dry Point Etching using recycled Tetrapaks with Beth Munro.

The workshops are 2 x1 hr taster sessions for those looking to get creative through printmaking and suitable for all skill levels.

Letterpress Printing a Poster

You’ll be working in pairs to create a slogan that represent your feelings about Trees in Urban spaces, parks or in the landscape. You will be using Ocean Studios Protest Font and our flatbed press to create your posters.

Dry Point Tetrapak Print

Learn the art of dry point using everyday items like Tetra Pak, transforming everyday items like orange juice cartoons into an original print. We will be working in the Print Room using an etching press and specialist equipment.

The café will be open throughout the day for refreshments, and you’ll get a chance to see some of our other presses in action in the cafe area on the day.

Ticket Information

– The ticket fee includes 2 x 1 hr taster sessions.

- 1 Ticket is for a group of up to 4 people.

- Ticket fee is £60 per group

- All attendees must arrive 15 minutes before session

- All ages welcome, each group must have at least 1 adult. Whilst we welcome younger children, be aware that the workshops are more suitable for children aged 6 years and above.

– This ticket is part of a series of workshops happening on the day.

– This ticket is solely for the 2 sessions booked on this eventbrite site and cannot be transferred on the day.
