Building Bridges - The Journey of Co-production

11th October 2022 Devonport Guildhall Event Hope In The Heart
Book Now

This event is linked to the Messages from the HeARTlands Exhibition taking place from Friday 07-Friday 14 October.

Co-production is a key principle in providing support for mental health recovery. This session reflects on the ways in which this principle can be put into practice.

Fresh from Perugia, Italy, where they attended and spoke at the ISPS Conference, Livewell Southwest Consultant Clinical Psychologist Elina Baker and Hope in the Heart founder/CEO and Lived Experience Consultant/Trainer Tam Martin Fowles will again deliver their conference presentation “Growing co-production from the ground up” - an overview of the development of Plymouth REG – and talk with participants about the importance of co-production, what they learned in Perugia, and the continuing development of Plymouth REG.

They will be joined by Dr Glenn Roberts, retired consultant psychiatrist and one of the pioneers of the recovery movement to reflect on the wider context.

Timings: 10-11.30am (with time to chat and visit the exhibition afterwards).

*Tickets are booked on behalf of Hope in the Heart and details of your registration will be shared with them only.
