We support communities to grow

Communities hold the answer to many of their own and our nation’s challenges, and often with support they can create they can create their own solutions and realise their aspirations.

If you are a community group, business or local authority seeking to improve your local environment, services, economy or high street, save a much-loved building or strengthen your local learning ecosystem – we can help.

Are you a community, enterprise or group looking to develop activity in parks and green spaces?

Why not take a look at our Community Business in Parks Resource Hub, we’ve gathered lots of useful information and resources to help your community business grow from strength to strength.

Expertise and support

We provide 1-1 support for organisations, whether you’re looking for expertise and guidance on how to recruit a diverse workforce, manage community facilities or discuss how to to best access investment.

We also offer support for young people looking to develop new skills for the green economy, Green Thinkers is a programme that aims to support 18-30 year olds living in Plymouth. The 6 week programme is aimed at young people keen to learn about the green spaces in the City, gain industry insight and gain practical skills for working outdoors.
