The challenge:

How can the school communicate to the outside world the ethos, values and success of the school, so that their reputation is as good as their practice.

The RIO solution:RIO worked with the school in a holistic way, uncovering what the school really wanted to communicate, who they wanted to communicate to and what outcomes they wanted from the rebranding process.

We set up a pupil Communications and Marketing team who led on the rebranding process.

We also supported them to commission a Plymouth based design agency Real Fusion to lead on their website development.

  • Entire school involvement including teachers, governors, pupils and parents
  • RIO worked with the students to form an exciting and dynamic Communications and Marketing team, training them and developing their passions
  • The pupils worked with Real Fusion to design the logo, brand and new website, as well as all marketing materials.
  • Pupils set up and ran their own photo shoot
  • Pupils worked with school to collect images from the photo shoot for the school website
  • The school’s success story made it into the Plymouth Herald and was celebrated on the Real Fusion website also.
