Starting from the right place - How to build inclusion into small businesses
We often hear the phrase ‘Inclusion is a journey’. Something
to be continually looked at, learnt about and worked on to truly become
embedded in the way we operate. But where do you start?
In September’s Cultivator Inclusion and diversity webinar
we’ll be exploring where to begin when thinking about your inclusion strategy,
particularly for smaller creative operations and sole traders. We’ll look at
the simple changes you can make to create big impact for your business and the
people you work with; what you can put in place to support your operation as it
grows, ensuring it remains welcoming to all; and finally, the influence you can
have as an inclusive business in the creative sector, by asking more from the
organisations you partner with or procure from.
Our panel for this session includes Wendy Powell, CEO Mutu
System; Elani Evangelou, Musician, Promotor and Diversity Campaigner; and
Victoria Carpenter, Director of Access Cornwall.
Once you have booked, you will be sent an email confirmation with instructions on how to join the event.
