RIO works with local authorities across the country helping them enhance and deliver services against Every Child Matters (ECM) outcomes.

Our services are designed to help local authority commissioners looking to change spaces, services and communities and find solutions for the unemployed, NEETs and the disadvantaged.

From building student engagment in the BSF process to developing programmes which use the creative industry as a launch pad for NEETs, through our development services our work with local authorities leads to exciting and innovative new opportunities and approaches, all with one thing in commong - they start from where you are, directly involve young people and yield tangible results.

Through close consultancy, strong relationships, effective budget management and a dose of innovative thinking we make sure all the commissions we work on have maximum positive impact on the lives of children and young people, their families and communities on a local level.

Our experience and expertise in this field mean we always hit or exceed agreed outputs and outcomes and our well developed systems for monitoring and evaluating impact ensure customers can clearly understand, digest and assess the results we deliver.

With a wide and varied professional network and a depth of programmes, products and services to draw from, we always add value to our work, come up with dynamic new approaches and pride ourselves on finding the best ways to improve services for young people.
