Lesley Jay is part of RIO’s Research and Development team and responsible for developing international business opportunities for the Social Enterprise Qualification (SEQ).
A qualified chartered accountant for over 15 years, Lesley has worked internationally in management accounting, research and advisory roles for leading investment banks. This background informs Lesley’s current role as Research Developer; International SEQ, which sees her investigate appropriate markets and developing partnerships and relationships that enable budding social entrepreneurs worldwide to undertake SEQ.
She is also drawing on her extensive management experience to design, implement and support the development of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for RIO.
Lesley was RIO's company accountant and chief operating officer before going part time after becoming a mum.
