Jemma is RIO's Human Resources manager.

Jemma makes sure all of RIO's policies, systems and approaches are fit for purpose, serving the ever-evolving, fast growing needs of a leading social enterprise.

She works with teams across RIO to make sure people, policy and process knit together successfully at every level of the business, from change management to child safeguarding, resolving staff issues to continued professional development.

To accredit her extensive industry experience, Jemma will be starting a CIPD qualification in early 2012.
