Founded in 2007, The Real Ideas Organisation CIC works with young people to make real change happen through social enterprise.

We provide development services for schools, local authorities, government departments and national partners which:

• support schools to innovate and improve

• build job opportunities for young people and others

• help make changes to community culture

The services we offer and the young people we work with also trigger new ideas and opportunities to develop socially entrepreneurial approaches to business. We call these ideas our social enterprise units.

As a social enterprise, everything we do has economic, social and environmental goals - we invest all our profits back into building our work with young people so they can design their future using their own ideas, energy and ability.

Based in the Southwest but operating nationally and internationally, we work with a wide range of customers, from governments and local authorities to private businesses, universities and schools. Wherever we are and whoever we are working with, everything we do has one common thread - working in real ways with young people to deliver genuine, lasting improvement.
