RIO has transformed the Devonport Guildhall into a buzzing social enterprise hub and cultural centre for Devonport and beyond.

By working together with energetic and ambitious partners, RIO has renovated the iconic building to provide everything from offices, a stunning main hall and fully equipped meeting rooms available for hire to an exciting programme of events throughout the year.
