Cultivate, run in 2008-9 in Cornwall, was a pilot programme grown out of our Making Changes in Community Culture service which took an innovative approach to youth provision. It focused on inspiring and motivating young people to grow what they wanted to see in their area themselves, taking a socially entrepreneurial approach to community and cultural development.

Work from Cultivate has gone on to inform a number of different programmes and pieces of work we are delivering for customers including Young Promoters.
